Our specialist Rolex workshop is fully equipped with the latest tools and pressure testing equipment to ensure your Rolex is serviced, repaired, and resealed to the highest standard. We specialise in servicing and repairing popular models such as the Date Just and Day/Date, as well as classic and vintage Rolex watches, including the Precision, Air King and both manual wind and automatic movements. We also undertake repairs for Rolex Cellini models and offer dial changes, clasp replacements, and bracelet adjustments as part of our comprehensive service.

Our workshop features the latest Rolex tooling, including the new Rolex Fathometer wet pressure tester and the specialised equipment needed for newer models with inner laser-etched Rolex bezels. With these advanced tools, we ensure your Rolex receives expert care and precision workmanship.

Prestige Time Services and Rolex Accreditation

For 15 years, Prestige Time Services operated an an officially accredited Rolex service workshop, with our watchmaker completing Rolex’s extensive training in London to meet their exacting standards.

As the watchmaking landscape has shifted, we have made a conscious decision to remain independent. Our dedication to excellence remains unchanged and our workshop retains the specialised tooling, testing machinery and expert knowledge acquired over decades in the trade. Servicing and repairing Rolex watches requires highly specialised tooling, and our workshop is fully equipped with the latest Rolex-approved tools to guarantee precision in every repair. We carry out all servicing and repairs in-house.
