Rolex watch repairs & servicing

Our Rolex-accredited workshop is fully equipped with the latest tools and pressure testing equipment to ensure your Rolex is serviced, repaired, and resealed to the highest standard. We specialise in servicing and repairing popular models such as the Date Just and Day/Date, as well as classic and vintage Rolex watches, including the Precision, Air King and both manual wind and automatic movements. We also undertake repairs for Rolex Cellini models and offer dial changes, clasp replacements, and bracelet adjustments as part of our comprehensive service.

Our workshop features the latest Rolex tooling, including the new Rolex Fathometer wet pressure tester and the specialised equipment needed for newer models with inner laser-etched Rolex bezels. With these advanced tools, we ensure your Rolex receives expert care and precision workmanship.

Prestige Time Services is Rolex Accredited

Being Rolex Accredited means our watchmaker has been rigorously assessed and approved by Rolex UK, granting us direct access to genuine Rolex parts and materials. This accreditation is only awarded to watchmakers who have successfully completed Rolex’s extensive training programme in London, which includes a series of technical tests to ensure their expertise meets Rolex’s exacting standards.

In addition to assessing the watchmaker’s skills, Rolex also inspects the workshop itself to ensure it meets the highest standards of working practice, safety, and equipment. Servicing and repairing Rolex watches require highly specialised tooling, and our workshop is fully equipped with the latest Rolex-approved tools to guarantee precision and authenticity in every repair.

Unlike many watch repairers who claim to specialise in Rolex without accreditation, we carry out all servicing and repairs in-house using only genuine Rolex parts. At Prestige Time Services, we have invested significantly in our workshop and training, ensuring that your Rolex watch receives the expert care it deserves.
