Hello Paul, I just want to say a big thank you for doing such a good job on servicing my Rolex Explorer (invoice 499).  Being a perfectionist and a craftsman myself, I really do appreciate excellence in workmanship.  You certainly have done an excellent job of cleaning and buffing up the case.  I also liked the fact that you touched up the hour hand where the luminous paint had become pitted/missing.  I therefore feel assured that you have done an excellent job servicing the actual watch mechanism also from what I can see.  I really do love my watch and feel that you have rejuvenated as much as anyone could possibly do so after over 37 years of continual daily use.  I have already recommended you to a colleague who needs their Omega Speedmaster servicing.
